4. No Guarantee of Accuracy or Outcomes
Trading and financial markets involve substantial uncertainty and risk.
Trading Tools does not guarantee that market information will always be accurate, complete, current, or uninterrupted; that calculations will be suitable for your circumstances; that any decision or strategy will be profitable; or that using the service will prevent losses.
Market data may come from third-party providers and may be delayed, unavailable, incomplete, or subject to provider-specific limitations.
You remain responsible for independently verifying information that is important to your decisions.
5. Your Account
Some Trading Tools features require an account.
You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating or maintaining your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

Trading Tools may rely on third-party providers for market data, infrastructure, authentication, hosting, and other services.
Third-party services may have their own terms, restrictions, availability limitations, and privacy practices.
Trading Tools does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their independent operations or policies.
8. Your Data and Saved Content
You retain your rights to information and content that you provide to Trading Tools, subject to the rights necessary for us to operate the service.
Trading Tools may store information reasonably necessary to provide the features you use, including account information, profile information, saved calculations, watchlists, workspace settings, and product-usage events.
You must not intentionally submit sensitive personal information or information that you are not authorized to provide.
9. Intellectual Property
Trading Tools and its software, interface, branding, visual design, text, documentation, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Trading Tools unless otherwise stated.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of Trading Tools or its intellectual property to you.
Third-party names, trademarks, data, and content remain the property of their respective owners.
10. Availability and Changes
Trading Tools may change, improve, suspend, remove, or replace features from time to time.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that any particular feature, integration, or data source will remain available.
11. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate suspected misuse or unauthorized activity, comply with law, address serious violations of these Terms, or discontinue the service.
You may stop using Trading Tools at any time.
12. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Trading Tools is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We disclaim warranties and representations that are not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and availability, except where such disclaimers are prohibited by law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Trading Tools and its operators will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive losses arising from or related to your use of the service.
This includes trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, loss of data, business interruption, or losses resulting from reliance on market information or calculations.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where applicable law does not permit that limitation.
14. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of Trading Tools, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.
15. Privacy

16. Changes to These Terms
